"COVID-19 NOTICE"
We are more than happy to inform that we'll be reopening on JUNE 15, 2020 at regular business hour FOR APPOINTMENTS ONLY.We are now allowed to reopen under strict restrictions for our industry as a nails salon. We are not at full capacity (with just only 30% of capacity), but we are trying to work on our book to accommodate our clients safely.
The following will answer the questions that you may ask about how to schedule your appointments during this time:
We are taking the following actions to protect our staffs and clients well-being:
Our team members will be screened before they start their workday.
Since March 2020 until now, none of us or our family member has been traveling internationally or has a positive Covid-19 test.
All towels will be disinfected constantly throughout the day.
We will thoroughly sanitize our samples, stations, chairs, cabinets, tools, etc after every use.
We are only allowed 3 technicians and 1 client per technician, in the salon, at any given time so our availability will not be as it was pre-pandemic.
Notice to our customers:
No Walk-Ins permitted. We'll keep our doors locked so when you get to the salon please be patient. You will be allowed in once your technician has escorted their previous client out.
FACE MASK MUST BE WORN while in the salon for the duration of your appointment. Please bring your own, we don't provide them at the salon.
Please wash/sanitize your hand before and after our services.
Building management does not allow our customers to gather in the parking lot area, outside their vehicles and face masks must be worn.
We'll ask each of client to sign a waiver form which also confirms that you are not exposed to Covid-19.
Please be courteous to your technicians and the next guest, and arrive promptly at your scheduled appointment time. Delayed arrival may result in the cancellation of all or part of your appointment and will be subject to full payment. We require 24 hours for any cancellations to avoid charges and to also give us time to fill the appointment.
Your temperature will be taken before you enter the salon. Anyone with a temperature of over 99.5 degrees will be turned away. If you have been or suspect you may have been exposed to anyone who has not been well, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment after at least 14 days from the last exposure.
Only the clients are permitted inside. Other family members or friends may not be admitted into our salon until we complete your service.
No massage & warm towels will be done for hands.
Water and beverage will not be served during this time. Please bring your own water. We don't allow food in our salon.
To meet the new government guidelines and ensure the safety of our clients and staff, we have to adjust our new price according to offset the cost. This will help supplement the additional fees we will incur during these expanded hours and with the increased sanitation requirements.
Please help us keep our environment safe. Please let us know if there is anything that we could do to make your visit more comfortable! Your health is important to us and we will do our best to ensure we can provide our services safely.
